For years now, with Carly’s permission (and a payment I make per cohort). I’ve been providing all certified coach-training participants a link to Carly’s “The Target Approach” as a component of the pre-course work for my 65-hour ACSTH Program. This has provided participants with the opportunity to gain a strong foundation and understanding of the ICF Core Competencies prior to attending the 5-day fast-track program.
