I believe that we all want to be valued and respected for who we are. It’s the behaviors and beliefs that we use unconsciously that can stop us from being valued and respected as we want to be. When we uncover what those behaviors and beliefs are, we can make better choices. From my experience, it’s a joy to be around, and work with, people who are constantly becoming the best version of themselves.
I truly enjoy supporting coaches of all skill levels to continue to evolve. As well has having as my intention to mentor 1,000 coaches to become MCC credentialed in the world. As of August 9, 2024, there are 205 coaches (yes!!) I know about, that have passed MCC, that I’ve mentored for 10 – 30 hours each. And many more coaches currently in process. I know the quality of that coaching level makes a difference to clients they coach. While it’s taken 11 years to get to this point, and I may be departed from this planet before getting to 1,000, I’m going to stay focused on this intention. And the ripple effect of all the coaches I’ve mentored who feel more confident as coaches, mentor coaches, and even mentor coach supervisors.

Unique Qualifications
These are the unique qualifications I offer as a mentor coach:
- being a professionally trained coach since 1998
- being an ICF MCC Credentialed Coach since 2004
- being an active ICF MCC, PCC and ACC Assessor since 2005. I have insight into the distinctions between credential levels that may be absent in other mentor coaching programs.
- being a professionally trained coaching supervisor during 2023/24
- being a PCC Markers trainer for ICF (having been trained by ICF in the original PCC Markers since 2014)
- mentoring many hundreds of coaches to prepare for their ICF credential application, especially since 2011
- being an Approved Provider of ICF Core Competency Continuing Coach Education (CCEs) program since 2011
- being a CCEs Provider of ICF 10 hours of mentor coaching since 2011
- being a contributor to the training of ICF Portfolio Path MCC and PCC Community of Assessors
- being a small part of the ICF Core Competency Model update team as Subject Matter Expert (2019)
- during 2020, selection and extensive participation on the PCC Markers Update team (of 15 global expert ICF Assessors) to align with the Updated Core Competency Model.
- volunteer contributor to ICF Community of Assessors, with ICF PCC Feedback Writing Module I developed, now being mandatory requirement for all PCC Portfolio Assessors.
- being a passionate supporter of mentoring coaches to be the best coaches they can be for their coaching clients, as well as the best mentor coaches, and coach-training providers.

Personal Interests
- Passionate about watching a wide variety of sport (having played Netball in Australia for 19 consecutive years as well as playing competitive tennis for 6 years). The mindset of individuals and teams are on display for us to observe watching sport, which I believe helps me be a better coach to my clients.
- A regular practitioner of meditation and mindfulness practices.
- A regular practitioner of Bikram Yoga since 2008. This keeps me mentally, emotionally and physically agile, and is conducted in a heated room. I wrote an article for the ICF Global Blog on my experience.
- Enjoying the beauty of Southern California, with my husband Michael. Due to marriage to Michael, I moved from Australia to the United States in 2001, and am so glad I said Yes! I became an American citizen in 2009.
