Carly has an incredible ability to listen to a coaching conversation, spot patterns, and help get to the root of what’s really happening. Her feedback was specific and grounded in the MCC competencies. I left every conversation with greater clarity, something I could apply right away, and an increased ability to notice my coaching choices in real time.
During the six months I was in her MCC Mentor Coaching Program, a lot of life was happening. Carly met me where I was while continuing to challenge and support my growth. I chose to continue working with her through several additional 1:1 sessions after the program ended, and that individual support was invaluable as I continued integrating my learning and growing as a coach.
Earning my MCC was a milestone. Becoming a stronger coach was the real gift. For that, I will always be grateful.
